This technique is weak however and is only capable of paralyzing an opponent for approximately one round no matter how strong the opponent may be.

Description: This technique is used as a defensive style technique. The user concentrates on the chakra within their body and exerts out in a large blast. The chakra is pushed out in a blazing flame and creates a large amount of heat to be used as a defensive technique. The technique pushes or removes anything around the user, to allow the user an amount of space needed.

This is different from the Goukakyou no Jutsu in the fact that this comes out as a stream and not a fireball, and also different from the fact that once the user stops breathing out or moves their hand, the technique ends.

Background
Reido Uchiha was born in to the clan of the Uchiha, he had a twin brother called Seichi. Reido’s grandfather Kidza Uchiha was a cruel and evil man, he would make Reido feel small & weak, he was abusive & beat him. This filled Reido with hatred, When Reido was eight years old, his father begin his training but Reido showed little interest and would prefer reading books alone in his room. For reasons unknown to Reido his grandfather & father were killed. During the assassination of Kidza & Reido’s father his brother Seichi was kidnapped.
After the assaisnation of his Father, Reido was diagnosed with post traumatic stress disorder, giving him vidid nightmares & an aggressive personality. A year passed, there was only Reido’s mother left to look after him. Though she tried to be kind & help him Reido was closed off to the outside world, he felt no reason to share his emotions. During the time of strife Reido & his mother fled there home trying to find somewhere safe, they were attacked by a group of shinobi from the land of water. They fought hard against these shinobi but they were no match, when Reido felt his life slipping away he heard the screams of his mother activating the second tomoe of his sharingan. He fought back killing the shinobi.
Once Reido found a safe place for his mother, he joined land of fire in the war fending his countries freedom. After the war was over, he was given the rank of chunnin & a home in the newly formed konoha due to his efforts in the war. Once in Konoha he was given medical help with his post traumatic stress disorder, the doctor gave him pills that he would need to take to keep the anger & the nightmares away. Reido was a changed man, he took control of the disorder with the help of the pills to protect the ones he loved.
