This strong blow is extremely powerful, often maximum for the rank. It's usually built up with a strong charge, or dropping position. The user can also preform it from a stationary stance. This strong punch is powerful enough to cause disorientation if hit, along with intense recoil is blocked by anything. At stronger levels (A and S), the user can completely crush the area they have hit.

History
- Being a Jinchuriki, one would expect you to be lonely as a child; hated by people. The fact that you have a monster swishing inside of your mind, something that could be released and destroy everything someone holds dear. It is truly a dark existence that withholds so much self loathing, and confused hatred. Well, at least if you're anyone BUT Rei. He doesn't care! He never did! He would rather be more occupied with his self destructive activities then anything! See, Rei loves to live things to the extreme. He loves danger, and the pain that comes with it is even greater! He's a bit of a masochist, honestly. He loves being in physical pain. Why is this? Well, let's go back. Way back when he was a child. What do we see? A young boy, reddish brown hair; wide blue eyes. What's he doing? Running a fireworks shop. Yep, the boy is running a fireworks shop. Dreams come into the mind, dreams of strength and power. Speed, and quickness. He wanted to be cool, he wanted to live that life of a ninja. The missions, the feudal lords warring with each other. It was all something everyone in his clan strived for, it was a great profession, and it held within it much honor. This boy, he was no ordinary boy however. He had the Nine Tailed Demon Fox sealed within him. How did this happen? When? Welp, the Sawano clan is a clan that is mostly based around the land of fire. They specialize in the trading of confectionate treats, and fantastic fireworks. His Father, is the clan head! Watching over that area, and the Ninja that did work for the feudal lords who did need the help required. His boy, is the apple of his eye. Though Rei has another agenda to himself. He was a thrill seeker. He played with his own products, caused mischief throughout the town. Broke things, he seemed so energetic. When the current Jinchuriki of the Nine Tails in his clan had died. This boy with so much energy, and a developing body was chosen. Many saw it as a punishment for his mischief. Others thought it a bad idea all together because of his ways. It was a long and grueling process, the seal was slapped onto his chest. Locked tight and thick with little chance of the chakra that the nine tails held seeping out. This was obviously not the case; in fact within the proceeding weeks of the seal. The nine tailed fox nearly became fully realized. Crushing everything in their small town. He caused chaos, and was resealed by his own Father. It seemed to keep things under wraps for the time being. When Konoha had been formed, because of the Sawado's militant power with the Nine Tails, they were welcomed with open arms. So, Rei's mischief led into Konoha.
